General Warranty Policy Warranty covers only manufacturers fault in terms of defective materials and workmanship. It applies only to the first owner/original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. Warranty Period Please refer to the individual warranty policies as stated.1.

Exclusions All warranties do not cover damages or failure resulting from1. Misuse and abuse of products 2. Any form of alteration 3. Neglect and failure to perform routine maintenance as instructed 4. Use of products other than that for which it was intended 5. Any normal and reasonable wear and tear 6. Damage of any kind due to crash or impact 7. Tempering of technical products such as hubs and fork by unauthorised service personnel. Claim Process 1. The
defective product has to be return to us accompanied with a proof of
purchase (reciept). 2. You may
submit the claim directly to us or thru the bike shop where you
purchased the item. 3. Please download and fill in the Warranty Claim Process Form
and state your name, contact number and e-mail address and attached a
copy of the reciept. You may also submit
thru your dealer whom you have purchased the item from. We will
contact you on the status of your claim. Disclaimer Warranty claims is at the full discretion of Boon Bike Supply Pte Ltd. We reserve the rights to all final decisions on warranty or non-warranty repair or replacement. We reserves the rightto reject any claim for products that is believed to be from grey market sources. |
